To set-up an appointment for a showing of one of our homes:

• We will need your Name and your Phone Number(s).
• You may either contact us via our Online Appointment Form or our business phone number.
• We prefer the Online Form versus a phone call. In this age of technology, it is the easiest way for us to gather your information; plus, you may contact us outside of normal business hours and weekends.
• We check our online form postings throughout the day and evenings (including weekends even though the office is closed.)
• We will then contact you by phone to discuss a convenient time for you to view our home(s) during normal business hours, or any questions you may have.

We do have showings our vacant homes 7 days a week due to time constraints for future tenants.
Monday - Saturday	8:00am until Dusk
Sunday	11:00am until Dusk
We do not show our homes after dusk due to the fact it is not a good idea to look at a new residence without seeing its surroundings in daylight.
