Interior Maintenance
Each home is solely maintained by the landlord. Here at Leesburg Acres, it is actually a violation of the lease for any tenant to do any maintenance on their dwelling. (See question) Scheduling regular maintenance services within 10 days of receipt (i.e. leaky faucet, any non-emergency repair work)

Privacy
We will never enter any of our dwellings without a 48-hour notice. Only trusted and insured maintenance technicians will enter your home after advanced permission. Landlord will only enter the dwelling if there is an emergency.

Exterior maintenance
We maintain the landscaping, tree branch removal, etc.

24-Hour Emergency Maintenance
We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance. We have 4 separate numbers, and all are operational at all times. See Contact Us link above for protocol.

Garbage, Sewer/septic
We provide garbage, sewer/septic at no additional cost.

Water
No water is provided by the City. We have well water. Phase I properties the well water is included in the rent. Phase II properties the well water is included in the tenant's monthly electric bill. For example, we spend approximately $20 each month for one well supplies 9 families. That is approximately $2.22 per month for each family.

Paved Parking
Paved parking is only available for Phase I properties.

Individual Driveways
Individual driveways are only available for Phase II properties
