Leesburg Acres' Waiting List
- Due to our reputation and word-of-mouth, we do have a waiting list for different homes.
- All Leesburg Acres Tenant's get first-pick on any home that will be vacant.
- Once you are a Tenant, then the first pick goes by seniority (who has lived with Leesburg Acres the longest, and so on.)
- As soon as we receive a 30 day notice from one of our tenants, we will let our Tenant's have a 15 day period of time to request that particular home.
- If we receive no requests from any of our Tenants, then we will email you about the particular home you requested.
- You can then return to our site to find out the specifications on that particular home.
- Our suggestion is to request be notified of any home - it could not hurt.

You may or may not be interested at the time, but it does not hurt to join our waiting list. We will never sell or give any of our tenants' or prospective tenants' information to outside sources. We will send you one confirmation email, and then the only emails you will receive is when we have an opening.
